The Golden Rule

No matter what you think of at night, whether dreams or nightmares, just remember that when you wake up, there will always be someone there. When you have visions of things in your past coming back up in your future, just remember that you can and will be a different person from who you were in your past. Don’t ever settle for the lesser you. Don’t ever let the things in your past hurt you beyond something you know how to easily control. Don’t make it something so difficult that you wouldn’t be able to live with it. If there is something that makes you feel bad enough to where you can’t live with it, do something about it because the only reason you feel that way is cause of the thoughts in your mind telling you that you screwed up and that there is no way you can make it up or make it right. Get past that, fighting for what your true dream is because if it is really your dream, then you will be able to make that dream a reality, no matter what comes in the middle. And though it may be extremely hard to push through all of the pain and the regret, do it anyway because it will make you a better person. Make friends with your enemies because you never know who, deep down still inside, might want to be your friend. Life can be way too short to be making enemies. If someone wrongs you, forgive them and move on from it. Do everything you can to never hold anything against them, no matter the pain inside. Don’t kill yourself over a single friendship, but don’t be enemies. Each and every person can communicate in a civilized way about things without fighting, without getting mad, and without creating enemies. Love those who hate you. Care for those who don’t even know you. Because when you do, people will notice and hopefully follow in your footsteps because you are being an influence to those around you. Don’t ever do something for the fame and the popularity of whatever it is that you are doing. Instead do things because you want to change the world and you believe in your heart that you can, no matter your background. Everyone is created differently and that is a good thing. If everyone was the same, there would be no interest in life. But everyone is created equally and should never be treated lesser than another being. Think about yourself and how you would want to be treated. Hopefully you would want to be treated with respect, with honor, and with love. Do that for others because if you want to feel those things from others to you, you have to do it to others themselves. In short terms, treat others the way you want to be treated. Take time to give to others what they need if you can provide them with it. Dedicate your life to helping others and showing others the true power of friendship and the true knowledge of what a simple action of loving and caring will do to someone. Remember that no matter what you go through, there is always someone worse off and you should take your pain, manipulate it, and use it to help others, never to hurt them. Show people “lol” as some people put it, “lots of love”.
