There are times when people may be feeling down about
something and it is clear to see that because they aren't acting themselves. Make
an effort to do something for them: help motivate them and show them that there
is definitely something that they can do. Don’t let them feel down and be lazy.
Get them out of their comfort zone, get them out of their little shell and let
them open up. Don’t force them, but lead them out. There’s an old expression
that says, “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink.” Be the
friend to another who needs it, who has been going through a tough time,
especially lately, and open them up to the things you know they enjoy. Do whatever
you can to show them that you are making an effort to give them what they need to,
to become sociable, interactive, and incredible again. And above all, never
give up hope for that person. They were once a caterpillar and they closed up
inside their cocoon. Show them that it is spring now and that they can come out
and see the world, finalizing their transformation from simple to incredible. Be
their assistance and assure yourself that nothing you do is ever in vein.
